Ingrediants
450g minced lamb
50g bread crumbs (put bread in a processor until it resembles crumbs)
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 onion finely chopped
1 egg
Flour
Olive oil
Bread rolls
Method
Combine the lamb, breadcrumbs, coriander, cumin, onion and egg in a mixing bowl and mix well then with floured hands. Then take a small amount and shape into patties. Heat the oil in a frying pan until smoking and add the burgers and sear on each side for 1 to 2 mins until golden brown all over then put the patties on a baking tray and cook in the oven for about 10 to 12 mins until the meat is cooked through. Serve with bread roll, salad and your choice of condiments.
